The quietest leak in your practice.

Every practice carries them. The tox patient overdue since October, the filler client who never rebooked, the laser package that stalled at session three, the membership that lapsed last spring. The math on that list is bigger than most owners expect.

Your booking software reminds people who already have appointments. This list is everyone else.

How it works.

01

Audit.

We pull your lapsed patient list and verify consent before anything sends. If the list can't be messaged safely, we stop and refund everything except $250.

02

Offer.

One offer, built from your treatment menu and your margins, designed to get a yes from someone who already trusts you.

03

Run.

A 5 to 7 touch text and email sequence, sent from your own system, your number, your brand. Replies route straight to your front desk and your booking calendar.

04

Report.

At day 30 you get the number: appointments booked and revenue recovered, against the $1,500 you paid.

One list segment, one offer, one sequence, one report. Fixed price, fixed scope, and anything the campaign uncovers gets its own quote, never a surprise invoice.

What the $1,500 buys.

  • A consent and list audit, with a written memo you keep.
  • A signed BAA and the compliance pack for your state.
  • One offer engineered from your menu and your margins.
  • A 5 to 7 touch sequence loaded and sent from your system.
  • Replies routed to your front desk and your booking calendar.
  • The Recovered Revenue Report at day 30, in dollars.

We build inside whichever platform you already run. If it bills for campaign messages, the cost is pennies per text, and we quote the exact number before kickoff.

The Booking Floor Guarantee

The floor under all of it: at least 3 booked appointments from your campaign, or we rebuild the offer and rerun the sequence free, and if it still falls short we refund everything except the $250 audit fee. The conditions are simple: an audited list of 300 plus reachable patients, documented consent, an approved offer, and confirmed delivery.

The part nobody else wants to own.

Texting your own patients is legal in all fifty states when it's done right. Done wrong, it gets expensive. The federal TCPA prices a bad text at $500 to $1,500, and states like Texas, Florida, Connecticut, and Oklahoma stack penalties as high as $20,000 per message on top. Plaintiff firms now advertise for exactly these cases. HIPAA adds its own layer: a patient list is protected health information, and any vendor who touches it needs a signed Business Associate Agreement.

This is why your front desk shouldn't run this from a spare phone, and why most agencies won't touch it at all. Every campaign includes the consent audit, a signed BAA, suppression and opt out handling, and quiet hours set to your state's rules. The legal exposure is handled before the first message sends. You keep the audit memo and the signed BAA for your records, whoever you work with next.

What this looks like when it runs.

One published med spa winback campaign recovered $119,000 in 45 days (an industry case, credited to its agency). The builds below are ours, and the first Campaign case studies publish here in July.

What owners ask before booking.

Are marketing texts to patients legal?

Yes, under conditions. Federal law and a growing list of state statutes allow texts to your own patients when you hold documented written consent, proper sender identification, opt out handling, and send windows that match each state's rules. Verifying all of that on your list, under your state's law, is the first deliverable of every campaign.

Will this annoy my patients?

It's built not to. Messages go only to people who already chose your practice, in your brand voice, from your number, capped at 5 to 7 touches over about two weeks, inside legal send windows. Anyone who opts out is suppressed instantly and permanently, and the cadence ends after one campaign because restraint protects the same list we're recovering.

What results should I expect?

Published winback ranges run 3 to 10 percent of a clean list booking within 30 days, and the calculator above uses the same math. We won't promise your exact number before the audit, because list size and consent quality decide it. We do set a floor: at least 3 booked appointments, backed by a free offer rebuild and rerun, then a refund if it still falls short. Whatever happens shows up in your day 30 report, bookings and dollars, with nothing hidden.

What if nobody books?

We'd see it long before you would. Campaigns are monitored daily, so a quiet response by touch three triggers a diagnosis on day five, delivery or offer, and the offer gets rebuilt mid flight rather than discovered dead at day 30. On an audited list of 300 plus patients, published floor rates make zero bookings a process failure rather than bad luck, which is exactly what the guarantee exists for: a free rebuild and rerun, then a refund if the floor still isn't met.

What if my list is smaller than 300?

The campaign still runs, the guarantee just changes shape, because the refund leg needs 300 names of statistics behind it. Between roughly 150 and 300 patients you get the same system at the same price, backed by the rebuild and rerun remedy. Under 150, a winback usually isn't the best first $1,500 you can spend with us. We'll say that plainly on the call and point you at the build that fits, and most young lists grow into campaign range inside a year.

How much of my time does this take?

About an hour, total. A 15 minute estimate call, 30 minutes at kickoff, an email approving the offer, and 20 minutes on the report call. Your front desk handles replies the same way they already handle booking texts.

What's included, and what isn't?

Included: the consent audit and BAA, one crafted offer, a 5 to 7 touch sequence loaded in your system, reply routing to your calendar, daily monitoring through day 12, and the revenue report at day 30. Not included: new software setup, website changes, ad campaigns, ongoing management, or custom integrations. If the campaign exposes a need for one of those, you get a fixed quote for it.

Why is it only $1,500?

Because the scope is fixed and the system is already built. The campaign runs on a template we engineered once and configure to your practice, inside software you already pay for, so there's no platform cost and no discovery phase to bill you for. We price the first project low on purpose. The day 30 report is how we earn the bigger builds, ex: the inbound system or the retention engine, and those are always your call.

Couldn't my front desk just send a blast from Boulevard or Mangomint?

The send button is in your software, and most owners never press it, because the button is the easy part. What the campaign adds is everything around it: which patients to message and which to leave alone, an offer that doesn't train your clients to wait for discounts, the consent audit and BAA, quiet hours and suppression handled state by state, and a report that ties bookings to dollars. If you'd rather run it yourself, take the playbook below. It's free, and it's the same system.

Is this another piece of software?

No. The campaign runs inside whatever you already use, ex: Boulevard, Mangomint, Zenoti, or your own GoHighLevel. Your team keeps working in the system they know, and you own everything when we're done.

What if our list is a mess?

Then we stop before anything sends. If the consent audit shows your list can't be messaged safely, you get everything back except the $250 audit fee, and you'll know exactly what to fix.

How long does it take, and is there a contract?

10 business days from kickoff to live campaign, with your revenue report at day 30. One fixed fee, no retainer, no contract.

What happens after the campaign?

The day 30 report call. Some owners take the number and run. Others keep us on to run it monthly, or to build what the campaign exposed. That's your call, never a requirement.

Find out what your list is worth.

A 15 minute call. We pull your numbers live and you leave with the estimate, whether or not we work together. We take a limited number of campaigns each month so every campaign gets watched daily.
