Privacy Policy

Launch Forte is the automation consultancy of Forte Web Designs LLC ("Launch Forte," "we," "us"). This policy describes how we handle information in connection with our website and the software integrations we build and operate for clients, including integrations that connect to QuickBooks Online and other third party platforms through their official APIs.

What we do

Launch Forte builds automation systems for business clients. These systems connect platforms our clients already use (for example QuickBooks Online, Airtable, and email service providers) so that data moves between them automatically. We act as a service provider to our clients. The data our integrations touch belongs to our clients, not to us.

Information our integrations access

When a client authorizes one of our integrations to connect to their QuickBooks Online company or another platform, the integration accesses only the data needed to perform the agreed work. Depending on the engagement, this can include customer records, invoices, payments, items, and related accounting records. Authorization happens through the platform's own secure sign in (OAuth). We never ask for or store a client's platform password.

How that information is used

Data accessed by our integrations is used solely to perform the automation the client hired us to build, for example creating invoices, matching payments, and sending transactional notifications on the client's behalf. We do not sell data. We do not use client data for advertising. We do not share client data with third parties except the platforms the client has connected and authorized.

Text messages: the Radiant demo program

If you enter your mobile number and check the consent box at launchforte.com/demo/medspa, we send you one demonstration sequence of three text messages, each prefixed [Radiant demo]. Message frequency: up to three messages per opt in, limited to one demo sequence per phone number per 24 hours. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP, or email seth@launchforte.com, for help. Consent to receive demo messages is not a condition of purchasing anything.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for vendors and service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages you requested.

Storage and security

Our integrations run on established cloud automation infrastructure. Authorization tokens are stored encrypted by that infrastructure's credential management. We retain client platform data only as long as needed to operate the integration, and access is limited to personnel working on the client's engagement. When an engagement ends, the client can revoke the integration's access at any time from their own platform settings, which immediately ends the integration's ability to reach their data.

Website visitors

Our website does not require an account. If you contact us through the site or by email, we keep that correspondence to respond to you. We do not sell visitor information.

Disconnecting

A client can disconnect any integration we operate at any time, either by revoking the app's access inside the connected platform (for example the Manage Apps area of QuickBooks Online) or by asking us to disconnect it. Details are on our disconnect page at launchforte.com/app-disconnect.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this page with a new effective date.
