01 / The problem
A CRM is only as useful as the data that reaches it.
A CRM that holds half the picture gets abandoned. Leads arrive through forms and DMs that never make it in, and invoices live in accounting software the CRM can't see.
02 / What I build
Four pieces of a CRM that people use.
Setup that matches how you sell
Pipelines and fields built around your actual sales process instead of a template.
Lead capture
Forms, calls, texts and DMs routed into the CRM, with the source of each lead recorded.
Billing and accounting sync
Invoices and payments agree between the CRM and QuickBooks or Xero.
Reporting
Dashboards that read from the systems themselves, so no one rebuilds a spreadsheet each week.
03 / Your CRM
I work with the CRM you already have.
If you're choosing one, I'll tell you which fits how you sell. I've written up the decision for coaches and course creators and for home service businesses. If the CRM itself is what's holding you back, the audit will say so.
04 / Integration work
Examples of connecting systems.
- A furniture retailer lost the third party integration that moved its products from Shopify into Xero, so I built the replacement sync. Read the case study.
- An investment group needed capital call payments tracked and reconciled in QuickBooks, and I built the automation that does it.
The accounting side has its own page: QuickBooks and Xero integration.
05 / How I work
Remote, from Grapevine.
I'm based in Grapevine, Texas, and I work with companies across Dallas-Fort Worth and the rest of the US by video call and shared screens. I don't visit client offices. When the build is done you own the accounts and the code, and I hand over the documentation.
06 / Questions
Before you book.
Do you replace our CRM?
Only when the CRM is what's holding things back. Otherwise I connect it to the tools around it.
Do you work with companies outside Dallas-Fort Worth?
Yes. The work is remote, so location doesn't limit it.
Where does a project start?
With a Growth Systems Audit, a written diagnostic that maps your systems and lists what I would fix first.
