01 / What I automate
Work that depends on someone remembering.
Most of what I automate is work that already has clear steps and a person holding it together. A lead comes in and someone has to answer it fast. A job closes and someone has to invoice it.
Lead follow-up
Every inquiry gets a prompt, tracked reply, and nothing waits on whoever happens to be at their desk.
Invoicing and collections
Invoices go out when the job closes, and late payments get followed up without a person keeping a list.
Reporting
The numbers you check on Monday come from the systems themselves, so no one rebuilds a spreadsheet by hand.
Handoffs between tools
Data moves from your CRM into billing and operations without anyone retyping it.
02 / How it starts
A written audit comes first.
Every engagement starts with a Growth Systems Audit. I map how work moves through your business, find where it stalls, and write down what I would build and in what order. If the numbers don't justify a build, the audit says so, and you keep it either way.
03 / How I work
Remote, from Grapevine.
I'm based in Grapevine, Texas, and I work with companies across Dallas-Fort Worth and the rest of the US by video call and shared screens. I don't visit client offices. When the build is done you own the accounts and the code, and I hand over the documentation.
04 / Examples
Builds I can point to.
- A furniture retailer lost the third party integration that moved its products from Shopify into Xero, so I built the replacement sync. Read the case study.
- An investment group needed capital call payments tracked and reconciled in QuickBooks, and I built the automation that does it.
More on the systems side: CRM integration, QuickBooks and Xero integration and n8n workflows.
05 / Who this is for
Owner-run businesses with more work than people.
Service businesses and professional firms where the owner or an operations lead still holds much of the process. I work with companies in Dallas, Fort Worth, Grapevine, Southlake and Keller, and with anyone else I can work with remotely.
06 / Questions
Before you book.
Do you only work with businesses in Dallas-Fort Worth?
No. I'm based in Grapevine and the work is remote, so where you are doesn't limit it.
Can you come to our office?
I don't visit client locations. Everything happens by video call and shared screens.
What happens after the build?
You own the system. Some clients keep me on to monitor and extend it through a monthly partnership, and others run it themselves from the documentation.
