The Forte Method
One connected system your whole operation runs on.
We pull your scattered tools into one clean record on every customer, end the data entry your team does by hand, and build the foundation the rest of your business runs on. Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline.
01 / Where this usually starts
Where this usually starts.
Most operations we build this for are living some version of the same day.
- Your data lives in a dozen tools, and the same person shows up in five of them with different details each time.
- Someone on your team is the human API, exporting, pasting, and retyping between systems all day.
- Nobody has one clean record of anyone, so every report starts with an argument over whose numbers are right.
- Your front line team needs something dead simple, and half of them will not touch a tool that feels like a database.
- You are sitting on years of data you cannot use to make a single decision.
- You want AI, and it keeps falling flat because the data underneath it is a mess.
02 / What we build
What we build.
We build the layer your operation runs on. It pulls from every tool you already use, cleans each source, works out when the same person is showing up more than once, and writes one clean record into the system of record you already own. The copying and pasting goes away. Your team gets a simple screen built for the least technical person in the room. And your data finally sits in one place, clean enough that your reporting and anything you build on top can rely on it.
03 / Identity resolution
One person, not five records.
The hardest part is teaching the system that the lead from your website, the member in your billing tool, and the name on a spreadsheet are the same human. We match on email and phone, never on name alone, and collapse the duplicates into one record you can trust. It is safe to run again and again without creating new mess.
04 / A screen your team will use
A screen your team will use.
Your people do not want to work inside the CRM itself. They want to see what is theirs, claim it, log the next step, and mark the outcome. We build that screen and let the system do the rest behind it, so even your least technical person stays in the loop and nothing gets dropped.
05 / The foundation comes first
The foundation comes first.
Everyone wants more from their data right now, better reporting, and AI on top. Most of it falls flat for one reason, the data feeding it is scattered and dirty. We build the clean foundation first. Once your data is one connected source of truth, what you put on top can rely on it, ex: reporting you trust, and AI that shows you which leads go cold and which customers resemble the ones who already pay you.
06 / How it is built
How it is built, The Forte Method.
Foundation.
We map every place your data lives and clean what is broken, so you get a clear picture of your systems and where the mess is costing you.
Engine.
We build the layer that unifies your sources into one clean record and give your team the simple screen they work from. The manual entry ends here.
Growth.
We put the reporting and AI layer on top of the clean data, so leadership sees the whole picture and the system surfaces decisions you could never make before.
07 / Before and after
Before and after.
Before
A dozen tools, the same person in five of them, someone retyping data by hand, no clean record, and decisions made on numbers nobody trusts.
After
One clean record on everyone, the manual work gone, a simple screen your team uses, and a foundation ready for real reporting and anything you build on top.
08 / Who this is for
Who this is for.
This is for established operations that outgrew their tools. If you have a CRM you barely use, people retyping data by hand, and a stack of tools you added one at a time over the years, this is built for you.
Ex: family offices, funds, membership organizations, multi location practices, agencies, and coaches running at real volume.
09 / Built this before
Built this before.
We have built this for a family office and for a private fund, and most recently for a national membership organization. Same shape every time, one connected record and a team that stopped doing data entry by hand.
Common questions
Common questions.
Do we have to leave the tools we already use?
No. We keep what works and build the layer that connects them. In most cases your CRM stays and becomes the clean system of record.
Do you replace our CRM?
Usually no. Ex: if you already run a CRM, we make it the system of record and feed it clean data. Replacing it is a separate decision and its own number.
Is this just a set of APIs?
The connections are the easy part. The value is everything between them, matching the same person across tools, cleaning the data, and making it safe to run over and over without new duplicates.
What about AI?
AI comes after the foundation. Once your data is one clean record, the AI layer can reason over it. Before that, AI hands you wrong answers faster.
How do you price it?
Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline. A light first phase to map and design, then the build locked at a firm number that will not come in above the cap.
